I got this sticky stuff on my hand which is off exhaust bandage, how do i get it off, its like fekin tar?

Washing up liquid, some sort of de-greasant, warm water so it doesnt dry, some elbow grease

If you dont want to buy some abrasive cleaner - use clothes detergent, the one that isnt liquid. It will wash all of it, just rub it in good.

or put some butter in your hand, should get under it and lift it off, works with grease etc
