Technical Help!

Hi - I urgently need to DE-ACTIVATE breakdown and emergency calls using Lexia. I'm looking at the menu telling me both are activated - but there seems no way to de-activate! No key press or function key does a damn thing. Any thoughts?

Thanks Riv - looks like a problem! Joke is that ours was de-activated until about three weeks ago. I got irritated by the message at every start up. But it usefully masked an air-bag pretensioner fault for MoT purposes... Wonder what would happen if I put the car into "showroom" mode for a while, then back to "customer" mode?
