Technical Air con issue help required

Oh great gurus of the Ulysse world, I seek guidance and wisdom.
I have purchased a Ulysse that has ventured to the farthest reaches and had a stopover for several years in Singapore.

The AC clutch is not receiving any voltage.
As far as I am aware everything else is working, fans, lighter sockets, etc.
The AC switch is functioning.
All fuses appear to be intact.

Does anyone know if there is a relay for the AC and where it is located?
