Hi every1,

Just need some help with my front lights, my left headlight (the 1 nearer 2 the air filter) the main light (not full beam ) is not working. After a mechanic changed my clutch it aint worked. I even since then boght new marea headlights n still it dont work. Sidelight works fine as iv wired them up. Fuses are fine so im guessing the wiring is damaged deeper in the engine bay. Any suggestions how i cud fix this problem n maybe some more detailed wiring guides to do with the lights. Im thinking i need to luk at each wire to see if they are damaged

Thanks in advanced

Hi eren, I doubt the mechanic did anything to the lights. You never mentioned if you changed the bulb for a new one.

If it was the negative to the light then, none of the lights would light up. So it can't be that unless its unclipped inside the light which is impossible since you changed the light. It could be the positive to the dipped beam. But first i would try changing the bulb with a working one. Check the wires inside the headlight are connected properly, then start tracing the wires back. Also double check that you are looking at the correct fuse.

Also a multimeter would be handy for electrical issues like this.

Hi

Having just got my Bravo, I have downloaded the full workshop manual from the net. I can either give you the site I got it from, or send them to you on email, if you let me have yours.

I have printed off the wiring diagrams to try and find my 'gremlin', and 'im indoors reckons he will be able to sort it with these.
