General help to find part

i have a ducato autotrail cheyane 634l 1998 motor home and i have water getting into the engine compartment it is comming via the windscreen via a rubber seal between the screen and a plastic cover that covers the wiper shafts any one know where i can get a new rubber seal for this i had the plastic cover removed to do repairs but on replaceing it it has been damaged, thanks for any help
