Part of the sub-frame on my drivers seat has snapped, causing it to wobble about.
Anyway, i going to remove the seat and get it welded up.
What i want to know is, is it a difficult job to take out the seat, or is it just a couple of bolts?

i thought i was a fat bastard, but i havent snapped mine!

lol

its 4 Allen Key bolts, and an electrical connector if you have heated seats!

i happen to have a set of seats including subframes that i have had no interest in? are you looking for anohter one?

seat removal

remove the bolts, but disconnect the battery (dont forget your radio code) and leave for 10 mins to allow the SRS to discharge. Then push the little fork into the pretensioner(it should be attached to it) and tape it so it dont fall out, then disconnect the wiring. Refitting is the same as removal(minus the 10 mins part)just remember to remove the little fork.

Re: Re: 4

bravas dont have tilting front seats. The seats would probably bolt in, but you wouldnt be able to get in the back of the car.
