Where is site for 'getting off' speeding charge?

Firstly, if you are accused of speeding and you know you are guilty, then just accept it and plead guilty.

they say you have to return the form naming the driver, but if you don't sign it they can't charge you. and they can't make you sign it due to a loophole in the law. However i don't know if i'd be brave enough to try it! Let us know if yo do!

As good as the loophole is it wont help.

The only way you can get away with it is lying either way, which is an offence.

If you cant name the driver, then why cant you....

Was your car stolen, does your car regulary go for trips on its own? That type of thing, so either way you best just accept it.

For you to say I dont know who was driving, your commiting an offence as your lying and trying to pervert course of justice. Oh and some cameras have piccies of who was driving....
