Technical Help, seicento cutting out

Hi everyone, 1st post, was hoping it wouldn't be so soon after joining for mechanical advice but here we are. Got myself a 2002 MS ltd edition which was going along just fine until I stalled it. Since then its constantly just cutting out almost immediately after starting. I'm thinking maybe the fuel pump or something along those lines but if I'm honest, I'm clueless with these things and wanted to get some advice if possible if anyone had any similar issues. Want to have as much knowledge before finding a mechanic. Cheers.

Any idea how old the spark plugs are?

Are the fluid levels : coolant and oil
Holding well ?

101 things it 'could be'

A detached ..or split air hose being another posibility
