Technical help please poss worn clutch

yesterday i noticed that when i put the clutch pedal to the floor a tapping noise like metal on metal for a few seconds then stops and today its there all the time and pressing the clutch stops the noise, work that one out, noise isnt very load but i suspect a worn clutch any help would be appreciated.

yeah does sounds like a clutch release bearing issue to me you should get it checked most clutch places will take a quick look at ya car for dfree

Had this happen to me one day it got real bad and was hard to get into gear
had clutch replaced even tho it was just the release bearing while the gearbox is out may as well do it

that happened to me last september.....it was only a couple of days before it went, get it sorted.
