General Help!! no brakes!

Hi new to punto's

My fiance has got a mk1 punto on p reg and its got no brakes. the pedal is very very soft but nothing happens at the wheels.

Taken the brake master cylinder off and cleaned it up, bled the brakes at the wheels but still nothing

any ides?? cheers!

Has to be a big air lock or a fluid leak somewhere IMO.

could it be anything to do with the master cylinder or servo?

Check all the the metal brake pipes. It could also be the master cylinder seals are worn and letting air into the system.

I had this problem on my Uno`s when the brakes would only work when you pumped them, but if you pressed the pedal without pumping it the pedal would go to the floor & scare the beejesus outa everybody in those uno`s & they are famous for it, I had to remove the master cylinder & check it for scoring there was none so I replaced the rubbers, just managed to do it without bending the pipes too much, did it twice (replacing the rubber seals) the next time I just replaced the whole master cylinder lot easier job, but the brakes do need attention on small fiats a lot though. hope you find the problem quickly then.

More likely to be a fluid leak or the master cylinder, methinks.
