C101 is what you're after.
Google shows nothing remotely useful and FIAT gearbox documentation is very bad. My guess is that the box is shared with small Alfas and Lancias. One of the Alfa forums would be a useful place to look.
Tipo and Barchetta boxes might be worth looking at.

Ah, here we go. C101 turns up absolutely nothing. But C514 -- the 3rd photo -- (for example) c514.5.13.41 73503332 2895 c09 c101 is a gearbox from a Seicento Sporting.
So, with minor modifications, a gearbox from a Cinquecento Sporting, Punto 55, 60, 75 or a Punto Mk2 with a FIRE engine, 8v or 16v, should fit.

There are some drawings in the "Seicento Technical Manual" (but also of the C514's evil sister, the C510) in the downloads library here. C514 is also featured in the Haynes Cinquecento Manual, but there's little detail. Or somewhere I have FIAT's not very good documentation on rebuilding them, but in Polish language. I can email the last one to you if you PM me your eMail address.
