Technical Help Needed for MOT

Can anyone help. My Marea Weekend diesel has failed MOT for the second time. One of the problems is that the ABS light stays on after ignition and does not switch off.

Can anyone advise.

Much as I love my Marea I have had a bad run with problems this year.
Boot door is jammed shut
All pulley's needed replaced one after the other
Low pressure fuel pump burned out after electrical surge that burned out the cabling.
Air Flow meter has not worked for years so I have just disconnected it

Any advice would be welcomed

Does the abs work? Try a low speed quick stop.
