General help, my car is stuck!

hey guys, need a bit of help, i've currently got a 2001 fiat punto, and it's stuck in some mud, my mate has a towing rope and is willing to tow me, however i cant locate a towing eye on the front, any ideas on whether or not there is a towing point hidden under or behind the front bumper? if not, have you guys got any other ideas as to whether or not there is another way of towing it out?

There's probably a hole in the front bumper with a plastic cover that you pull of to screw in a towing eye that should be in the boot.

take a tyre pump, let most of the air out the tyres and you should be able to drive out the mud, then pump tyres back up

front left i think. a plastic cap that pops out, has a plastic strap keeping it conected, remove from top of the cap, the towing eye is in the boot under the mat.

tow eye cover on mk2s is top drivers side of the bumper

The towing eye will probably not line up with the bumper surface so take a torch so you can get the threads aligned.

Dont snatch the tow rope as you risk damage to both .
