Recently bought a pioneer ipod adaptor to hook up to my pioneer DEHP5800 MP. Tried to connect it all up thinking i got all the cable in the right place yet its not working. My guess is the problem lies with the power getting to the ipod adaptor. I tried connecting the yellow cable to the battery yellow cable but this doesnt seem to give it any power. Disconnected the whole thing to see if i could get the CD player working on its own again but now that doesnt work - no power is getting to it.
Any ideas on what ive done wrong/ how to fix it and get it working??
