Help! ECU required

Have been trying to get to the bottom of my Cinq Sporting's problems for some time and have now discovered the ECU is to blame.

Does anyone have an ECU part no: IAW 16F.ER for sale? (Also says "Fiat Cinquecento 1.1 SPI ECO" if this is any help)
