Hello from a newbie with a really dumb question :)

Hi everbody, I'm Pete and I bought an M reg 55sx Punto (1.1) just after passing my driving test in February this year. Anyhow, after 2000 miles commuting to work and back I thought it was about time to get under the bonnet for some maintenance checks. I pulled out the dipstick to check the oil levels and realised that I couldn't for the life of me work out where the min/max levels were. Any help? I've looked in the manual and on the interweb, but no joy.

get the dipstick, clean off all the oil, and your quite clearly see the 2 marks towards the bottom of the stick lol

neither of those look anything like the "newer" FIAT dipsticks... not if the stilo is anything to go by...

but on the stilo (so if it's the same) there's a flattened area, if the level is on that flat bit, then you're levels are cool.
