Hello group this is my first post on this website. So I my heating stopped working last week, I checked my fuses I bought new resistor I bought new motor blower. Still didn’t manage to get it working again so I wonder now where is the issue ? Maybe I should check fuse box again ? Really give up at this point maybe someone here can help me solve this out.
Thanks

The question is unclear. What part of the heating isn‘t working?
  • electronic heating control (buttons and knobs, temperature sensor, control unit)
  • heating fan (warm and cold air)
  • heating regulation (mixer)
  • heat exchanger (stays cold?)
  • cabin air filter (totally blocked?)

What an awful problem to have in December. Zardo is right, a heating system is more complex than one initially thinks so step-by-step diagnosis is key if you want to avoid wasting any more money on unnecessary parts. I've not had this issue on a Grande Punto but did have it on a Ford and an Audi. On the Ford it was simply the lever behind the knob controlling the mixture of hot and cold air was broken so it was always set to cold air. Easy fix. On the Audi the heating matrix was faulty (it's like a mini radiator for the heating system). Not so easy fix. Take a look at the link GrandePuntoPL posted above and work through it.

A good general guide can be found here:
