Technical Heater blower problem

Hi guys I appreciate any information provided I have 4 vehicles all fiat ducato's 2.3 multijet, most days heater blowers/demisters only work on number 4, can anyone advise me as to what part needs to be replaced, been told it's the resistor, don't know if this is true or not, all the best Gareth :slayer:

Check the wiring connector underneath (left side) main glove box, pull off and check the terminals, sometimes it's a bad earth connection, clean and close if needed the female terminals back together and pop back on, often cures the 4th fan speed issue, did on my old 07 plate and a relay hire van I had once

Hi, and welcome,

basically the resistor cuts down the 12 V battery power = to SLOW the fan,
no resistor input - gives 12V - and no reduction of speed.

certainly cheapest / easiest thing the check 1st,

The circuit. The reistor pack is in the negative feed to the blower motor. The pack is bypassed in high speed position.
