Technical Headlight adjust

Hi
My dipped light are too high so I needing to adjust them.
But before I do u just want to check
There are two screws at the back of each light and I think the innermost is for up and down.
Is this correct.

Have you a lot of weight constantly in the back of your car? TBH I'd take it to main dealer, should be covered by the warranty?

I presume you've done the menu-driven headlamp adjustment - what number appears beside the symbol of a dipped light when you have them on dipped beam?

This adjustment was more than enough on my 4x4 TA when the load in the back dropped it a couple of inches. See attached photo of car near the St Gotthard Tunnel.

Just me in car and when set to one lights seem too low but 0 is to high.
80 mile trip to dealer which is why I'm doing it my self

are there another 2 settings..??

I would've thought that you shouldn't have a major difference between 2 settings if all works correctly..??

From experience 0-1 is the largest angle change, 1-2 and 2-3 are only about half each of what 0-1 is.

Had a Civic once where the lights at the front went badly out of align, even on coming cars were flashing, my MOT guy adjusted them easily. Gave him a fiver.
