Technical Headlights again

So
I bought a used panda 2012
Headlights stay on turn off with ignition
Any new solutions can it be bypassed
Is it the BCM
And can only Fiat fix at higher cost than car s value

I have had that....but my issue was headlamps wouldn't turn on...
I bought a used BCM on e bay, and had to send away (cant remember the business name) both units for re coding....as I recall, total cost about £150 ...
Removing and re fitting BCM was not difficult, or long time wise to fit .
Try to make sure that the "used" BCM that you buy, is fully working......from the vendor.

Did you find a solution to this. I just got a 2012 Panda and I have the same issue.
