Like I have said previously, what's stopping you do this?

I have made it clear that I don't agree with this but that's just my opinion. I'm not going to comment anymore because it's getting us no where

hey again... i aint tryin to stir up things here, but y exactly dont u agree sie?

if it is cause it might conflict with the car clubs, then i am actually in agreement, if FF were to have a banner at shows, it would need to b done in a way that doesnt annoy members from clubs..... and by the looks of the posts here, that isnt possible!!!

at the end of the day, does FF need a banner?

i mean virtualy all our cars who go to shows will have FF stickers in the windows, and taking leaflets with this place on one side, and clubcento on the other (a la smurfhead!) and leave them either on the bonnets of the cars for people to take then that is all the adversiting i think we need!

Only 2 clubs are complaining as far as i can see. And in my opion, and quite a few other FF does require to go to shows it has a lot of unique member s who donot belong to clubs excetra or do or rather FF. I donot think these people should be over riden by 2 clubs opions,

Steve

i cant still cant see why it would conflict with the other clubs, we must remember that we joined the clubs and ff for the love of fiat and our specific models, we are passionate about the cars that we drive, we like to show other people our creations and let them know that fiat aint a second rate car

im guessing ff want a banner to show people this, maybe even encourage fiat haters/doubters to turn to the 'dark side'

although i would choose the club over ff stand anyday, the more exposure fiats get the greater the audience becomes for new members to each and every single club

this is all well spinning me out!!!

if it was down to me i would go for it, at least 6 months active posting (not just joining) and £5 donation to the site before bein allowed on stand.

if the people who are already in clubs dont like it then they dont have to b involved with it, and if we say that no more than 1 or 2 of the same model car on the stand then i cant c how we are gonna kill small clubs or even annoy other people..... it should b down to the owner as to which stand they want to go on, and if i was offered CC stand at the same time as FF then i would choose CC (no offence!!) mainly cause it is a fully fledged club and i think as this is just a free forum with no real membership then the drivers who are in clubs should stand by the club before gettin involved with this stand.

not as if there is gonna b a shortness of people wanted to get involved in it!!!

Gaz I am in total agreement with you there :) The more exposure the better and the more members for both the forum and for clubs to fill up their stands in future shows. I think Ben and Mase have come up with a good system between them for car selection.

Claire I think you are well recognised and appreciated for all the work you do, I certainly appreciated what you put into organising Skeg last year and I know people had a good time at your Midlands do earlier in the year :) On a note of organising, I'm willing and happy to help all I can!

who's gonna be the organiser though, there will need to be a sole person in charge so the whole thing doesnt decend into chaos

although many helpers is a good thing, someone will need to take responsibilty and be the first and last contact, its gonne be hard, good luck to whoever it is lol :)

Working it out (and assuming you had room for 10 cars)....

1 . Bravo
2 . Cinq
3 . Coupe
4 . Panda (Old)
5 . Panda (New)
6 . Seicento
7 . Stilo
8 . Tipo
9 . Ulysse
10 . Uno

This is hardly going to kill any clubs off, at most you lose 1 car, I can't believe this would be a problem for anyone... of course, people would be pointed over to the owners club also... but it would also be nice to get all the models involved :)

i think this would be good for more standard cars, such as my SX! as FF is more about all Fiats, rather than how to mod them, and get parts, although this can happen here aswell

places like ClubCento aint gonna put a standard SX on the stand when they got a load of modded Contos to show off

remember on the list though each event will have its own criteria as to which cars they except, modified shows will look for external/internal mods - a model of each fiat may not be on the stand if thats the case

each show would have to be looked into at the time and decisions about the cars taken then
