Technical Hard bit on me bubber

I was sitting on the back of my van with the rear doors open having a cupper during work and i was just sort of squashing the door seal rubber (bear with me,and i'm not a perv) and i noticed a hard area of rubber near the smaller door, but the join in the seal is about 4'' away, can someone check there seal and to confirm mine is in the right place

I run my own company (INSIDEOUT) we do house renovations, and fit kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Started it in 1990, and have 5 subby's
My van is a tool box, i get stuff delivered to site, so i need nothing bigger.

Good stuff, I'm a plumber working out of my Qubo. I have 2 dogs that go to work with me so rear seats perfect. All my tools fit in boot. Pipe tube and roof rack do the rest. Perfect work vehicle in and around Brighton, dualogic and parking sensors for the traffic and tight parking spaces...much more practical and economical than my kangoo.
