Well it seems pressurised enough, I get the hiss when I open the fuel cap. Is that normal for a Fiorino?
That wasn't the question:)
Basically if air is getting into the fuel line/fuel filter etc. before the high pressure pump, then on start up it may fire up and then stumble and misfire until it draws clean air free fuel into the pump and onto the injectors.
If you still have the Snap On tool look for the Common Rail line pressure, when cranking from cold it should be above 230Bar roughly 3500 psi just turning the starter and then go smoothly up with no hiccups as you rev the engine.
Any drops when cranking or when just started would be suspicious.
So a poor seal on the fuel filter or fuel line connectors can be an issue.

Oh lol, excuse my ignorance there Mike, my bad.
As soon as I can get it to the garage again and borrow the reader I’ll take another look.
Thinking it could also be the injectors at fault

Low miles aren't always the way to go, I bought a 16 year old Panda with 21,000 miles,
It was a real pain in the ass for about 18 months now 5 years and 22000 miles
later it is running very well but it did test my patience at first.
Not sure another flush is the ay to go though.

You can test the injectors using a "Leak off test" to show if any bad ones, as a guide.
Ideally though it needs to be tested after standing overnight or when it normally fails.
Also on the Snap On it may show if injectors are having to correct a lot.

I’m leaning towards injectors and glow plugs the more I think about it, you’d at least have a code for that tho surely

Reading online re the yellow triangle, it says it is a "non critical error" among things it mentions it can be the "stop start function" (weak or wrong battery can cause that) and also it mentions daytime driving lights fault (you mentioned that) so none of which sound related to your issue.
As a test for the weak battery/stop start issue, you could maybe see if it happens when you have a good battery connected at the same time as you try and start, if yellow light doesn't come on then = battery issue?

I doubt it's injectors, you can do a injector leak off test google it,
the heater plugs can be tested with a multi meter should show
2 to 6 holms to earth, more or less a dead short remember this
started with a service so is likely connected to that in some way.
