hi all, I changed the clutch in my 2000 1.9 EL scudo van and whilst at it changed the near side (left) wish bone, put it all back together but now when I turn the wheel to a full left lock when stationary the half shaft pops out, I drove it around for a week or so, then one night when I arrived home decided to check the nuts and bolts on the wishbone so put on a full left lock, had a look only to find oil leaking out of the halfshaft.
is it possible that they make slightly different wishbones, I cant think of anything else that could cause the problem. if anyone knows or has suffered the same problem I would greatly appreciate any help. cheers

Hi I may be telling granny how to suck eggs but what was the reason for changing the wishbone & did you compare the two together,I have a feeling that they may be offset or different & you have put it on reversed it is obvious it is now too far away from the gearbox,it seems that it is too far away for the spring clip to lock in inside the gearbox as well as not being able to seal the shaft, also do you still have the first wishbone arm to change back or compare.
