I have a 20q2 fiat 500 pop and on my dash I have a red H and a check engine light I went to a auto parts store that will Scan the motor for free when he did it nothing came up no check engine light no red H so I go to another parts house that will scan it for free so they scan it nothing again no check engine light no red H what do I do because I need to get it smogged and it won't pass the visual so now my car is parked and I like my car a lot

This apparently is a picture of an American……

Top right is the closest thing I see to a H….
That is the Electronic Throttle Control Indicator - Electronic Throttle Control (ETC)

the car is a 2012 pop so unlikely to be hybrid...although not sure on the pop spec over there
