Gutted - Dead Marea HLX

Howdy all

Don't know if you all know but i bought Will's Marea earlier this year & to my horror it failed the MOT this morning due to RUST..! NOT HAPPY..! Basically the entire floorplan is about to fall out the bottom..! There's no way she'll pass an MOT with out a new floor or about £6-700 worth of welding..! So......... i'm gonna break her & see if i can get some pennies back.....

Before i put bits on ebay is there anyone looking for Marea parts???

Sorry to hear this buddy, how much for the clocks the miles light has gone on mine, how much for the rubber pipe from tha inlet to the maf? Also how much for the rocker cover and the plastic cover next to it? Also after the bumper washers, and is the radiaror ok? If so how much? Also let us know how much you want for the springs? Also prob it of my price range but how much for the wheels.

Mine rusted too. Luckily mine was repairable and I got it welded for £300.

Where abouts are you based? I will definately take the leather interior if you aren't too far away from me (Northampton area).

Andy (andyb76) - Genuine Fiat Rear spoiler
£40+p&p but i will include free a new £8 tube of MasterSeal bodykit adhesive with it to save you the hassle of getting some. If you do want the interior aswell you can have that for £60......!

£40+p&p. It's not too hard to convert & doesnt take too long. Here's the link on how to do the conversion.

Robin (RAT20V) - The clocks aren't good...! The temp guage & revs don't work but i suppose you could swap the internals with yours to make a good one?? you can have that for nowt if you have the other bits you want...!
£10 for the pipe from the MAF to the inlet.
£30 Rocker cover & cover next to it.
£10 Bumper Washers.
£20 Radiator - pretty good nick for its age really.
Springs i'm keeping, & the wheels have gone to my old man already....!

£80 Leather interior inc.door cards but not the center console. I'm in swindon. Less than 1 mile from the M4,Junction 16.


As far as P&P goes i use www.MyHermes.co.uk to ship things out & will charge the actual amount for BOO Members, not making owt on the postage...! I would like to be paid via Paypal as a "Gift" (to avoid fees) unless your having the leather interior then you'll have to collect it.

Robin - she has a 147 lump with no aircon..! I do have a spare 155 rad tho, that one came from a Bravo 155HGT with air con that i broke during the summer........!??

Is there owt else your looking for as i have brokes 3-4 motors in the last couple of years & have tonns of bits from Abarth goodies to alternators, starter motors, sunroof, switches..... you name it i may well have it knocking around...!

Will - Cheers for the condolences on the car...! Jus a lil gutted...! Hopefully it'll break well & i'll get SOME pennies back...! All i can really say about it is "Eh, **** happens....!" There is 1 good thing to come out of it tho....... I got to get the "Black B1tch" sorted now & on the road....! I'm back on the tredder full time til she is..! Jus got some new 440cc injectors, 4.0bar FPR & a Walbro 255lph fuel pump tho...! 310BHP here we come..... Hopefully.....!

Dunno if i like the name "Black B1tch" tho.... When she's done think i'm gonna start a thread on here asking peeps for ideas on a propper name for her.....!

Hopefully catch up soon dude & i promise you can still give her a ragging down the M6 toll when i'm up visiting relatives again....!
