Gurgling is back with vengance! - Any help in Aylesbury, Bucks?

So having had my head done on my 1.2 Mark 2 Punto, 2 months later the gurgling is back, heater blows hot, car doesn't overheat, and I am not losing any coolant.

I have tried bleeding it with the engine running and with the engine off, kept coolant topped up at all times, tried it on the flat and with the front wheels up my ramps. running out of ideas really.

Are there any Punto experts near Aylesbury who could give me a few hours of their time this week? Don't have many beer tokens to give, but I do have some.

Try a for alfa/f for fiat. He is in aylesbury bucks and is on here also.

Have you tried dumping all the coolant and re-filling?, just wondered if you somehow "trapped" the air in there,

is it a standard 8V without aircon??


I've never had an issue after complete changes - Charlie , Oxford

Well it had all new coolant in March when the HG was done, but ive flushed a lot out now. The gurgling is there but its not as severe as it was.
