Technical Guide on changing a headgasket/timing belt? Tools?

Where can i find a guide on these things, i've seen guide but it doesn't cover tools needed and it discusses valve stem seals.

Can someone link to a guide for head gasket and timing belt change.

Not been rude but if this is the same engine you are trying to find out why it wont start you need to slow down fault find.

Then decide if this job is needed before you then start working out how to do the job.

Sorry if it sounds rude but it sounds like you could land up tripping over your own feet get confused land up where you started (non runner) so one thing at a time

Dropped a peice of aluminium into the spark plug hole, cant get it out. Will need to remove the head.

Fish it out with a claw tool..
