We all expect instant service these days and when you deal with a one man bands and people who are primarily engineers and enthusiasts not marketing and customer service people these things happen. I'm not defending anyone here or saying it is right, all it takes is an email and open honesty to keep people happy but in my experience you just have to mange your expectations when dealing with these sort of companies.

In my line of work I deal with very small businesses on a regular basis and we wouldn't tolerate poor/no communication.

Jai: I'm very sorry for offending you.

But to be fair, i have never seen you post on this part of the forum, nor seen any moderating from you in this area.

I slightly suspect that you were just looking to pick an argument. But i will accept that you innocently walked into this.

For your information, i have made several complaints about Peter Hoffmans comments on here that go untouched buy "certain" secion moderators, however whenever i defend my side of things, i get snotty emails about flaming.

This site is heavily biased in Hoffmans favour and this is something that he obviously doesnt deserve. He has proved that he messes people around and his actions are often defended by "certain" mods.

I am not implying my comments to all Mods within Fiat forum, but i welcome the unbiased input of another moderator within this section.

Maybe you can pick up on the flaming comments by Peter Hoffman, the fact that he is actively selling through Fiat Forum without being a paid up trader, and proactively act on the fact that he lets people down constantly.

I look forward to seeing you in Moderation!

all complaints/reports are seen and discussed by the whole moderation team, before a section mod does what the team decide is best. this stops any shenanigans that you are claiming exist.

just because i don't post in here doesn't mean i don't look around the site, again, more statements made without any foundation, you want a crowbar to get that other foot out of your own ass? if you aren't happy with the moderation, take it up with the site owner, in the meantime, i suggest you make damned sure you think about what you post before you start typing.

If you took the time to READ what i had written, you would have noticed that i wrote:

I have not said that you DONT LOOK AROUND the site. This is up to you, obviously.

So, when it comes to unsubstantiated comments, it is fair to say that you have got the wrong end of the stick, or just read what you wanted to see.

As for your comment about feet, ass's and a crowbar. Please keep your own fascinations out of this discussion, this is a car forum not a area to express perversions.

I am not interested in picking fights, comparing hairy areas of my anatomy, measuring ones inches, meeting you for battles, racing you or anything of the like. I have better things to do with my life than and i would have thought that you would to.

Please dont expect my comments on here to any of your aggravating and derisory remarks, as i will be sat on a beach somewhere hot.

But please PM me your address if you want a postcard.

:yeahthat: it is not hard to find out people wait for ages to get them delivered. Can't say i've ever heard anyone say GSR have good service, the only praise you ever hear is for the products, saying the forum is Pro GSR is silly, everywhere its mentioned the service is mocked.. I always try get as much background on someone before i send my hard earned away to them, the fact your gonna be waiting for a while is easily obtained information. I got mine 2nd hand (thank you arc ;)).. They come up quite alot tbh.

This thread has given me some smiles, calm your passions peeps.
