Technical GPS Suspension

Is the suspension on the GPS different (i.e stiffer) than the lower range models?

I'm sure the back is, because when I went for a test drive the guy said about the Sports have the Mcphersion back suspension...

Its a fair bit stiffer. I had to drop mine in for a warrantly claim and i got a 1.2 dynamic, it was very soft in compared to sporting. Rolled a lot in the bends!!

Don't forget normal punto has big air filled tyres also.

Sporting still has the same torsion beam rear as the other GP's, they probably just have stiffer springs/shocks all round, and perhaps lowered it a bit.
