gp speakers

hi i know the rear speakers in my grande are 13cm but iwas wundering would i be able to put 17cms in the rear obvesiously id have to cut away at the metal to make these fit. so my question is if icut away at the metal what damage would ibe doing ie weakening chasie ecttt!

There is no need to upgrade the rear speakers. I would concentrate on the fronts

ive done the fronts ive put infinity 16.5 cm in running of a alpine vpower amp i just dont know what else to put in

What do you mean by strugling?
Just to further clarify my first point there will always be things to do before upgrading the rear speakers. Basically if you cant here the front speakers from the rear clearly then you havnt done it properly. If you start having loud frequencies coming from the rear then they will interfere with the frequencies up front creating a good awful sound for the main person in the car... You!!!
