Technical Glow plugs

Hi guys I own a 2006 Stilo 1.9 multijet and need glow plugs, which one should I get and what is the part number. I am in South Africa and they really rip us off as you can only get them from the agents at R315 each (30 pounds). I want ti import them any suggestions please.
