Since i put new tyres on the bravo jtd (17" wheels) the rear driver wheel has been catching the inner lip of the rear arch when i have a little bit of weight in the back. Anyways had the rear shocks changed a little while back and it still catches.
Annnyyyway.....
Ive got her booked in at a body shop on monday to get it sorted as im off camping next weekend and need it not to catch.
I thought it would just be a case of grinding off a bit of the lip then sealing it with something to prevent rust. The guy at the garage siad that would weaken the panel and suggested 'tapping' the lip up.
He also said that that may cause paint on the panel to crack and that would innevitably need sorting at the same time.
This is the first time ive used these guys and was wondering if that sounded about right?
Thanks
