I have replaced a few of the bolts with stainless when I have found some rounded/ corroded bolts. Not a massive issue but a bit of copper slip can go a long way.

Never never replace steel bolts with stainless! Its tensile strength is far far lower than high tensile steel.

When the bolts are holding a plastic holder for the battery the different tensile strengths don't make a blind bit of differance. The same applys to changing the two 4mm counter sunk torqes pins that hold the disks in place with 4mm counter sunk Alan headed stainless pins.
