Styling Gear Stick Knob

hey, i wana change my gear stick knob because its all a bit scuffed, i know i need to get a lift reverse one but are there any other details i need to consider, like will any one fit or are they all different sizes and i need a specific size, i have a 1.6 5dr stilo dynamic. Alos how do i get the old one off? Cheers

I also thought of changing mine, have a sparco one here at home with the lift for reverse, but un sure to put it on as dont want to fook my gear stick when changing it.
