Tuning Garrett GT1548 turbo

Hi,
Not all that up on Turbo`s, my Grande Punto 1.3 Diesel Multi-jet Turbo
is making a terrible noise, the car has only doen 50k, any suggestions
what is the problem?

as its your first post we have to be nice or andy will tell us off

what noise is it making? if its a loud turbine noise like a jet aircraft then your turbo has failed, if its just increased volume in the sucking sound then you could just have a hole in the air intake pipe
