Gallery and Attachments Disabled

In preparation for the move to the new server, the gallery and attachments system will be disabled so the data can be moved across (a 20 hour or so upload!)

Obviously if it wasn't disabled, it could keep changing, so wouldn't be up to date on the new system.

Expect it back around Wednesday

Out of interest, what sort of quantity of data are we talking about?

12 Gig (Gallery is 6.66GB - I kid you not, attachments I expect to come in at at 5GB)

Realised I can just make it read only, comments can still be made, but photos can't be uploaded, edited, moved or renamed ...

Was supposed to have been Wednesday - but one of the new servers had a faulty raid card, so got pushed back.

They're both up and running now, though it seems now we have a faulty network card .... I'm hoping this will be fixed though within the next hour or so.

Once done, I can get on setting them up - only issue is I've only really got two hours (which is perhaps unrealistic) until we hit UK normal time, thus I must stop again.

I'm out this weekend, though will be able to prepare things - meaning we're possibly looking at Monday/Tuesday.
