I fitted a new Lambda last week and want to reset LTFT and STFT values. i seem to remember that last time i checked, my values were around 30% compensation :(

but how? Lol

Somewhere I have read that it could be done with "clear engine faults". I found that option in scanmaster. Deckchair5 had some posts including these resettings.

PS Have you tried to clean the old lambda first.

i didnt clean the Lambda as it was intermittently shorting to ground so didnt see much point... Its done 93,000 so as i understand it the 'average life' of a Lambda is around 100,000

I'm going to clean mine before replacing it with new, as it has only done arround 45000 miles.

Have You tried to reset trims with scanmaster yet?

I also have FES but don't seem to remember if the clear faults is possible to do when there are no trouble codes showing at all.
With my ELM I got several programs as ScanMaster, Scantool and more. Often I use FES and Scanmaster, while scantool makes some problems for installation.
You could give it a try.
