Technical Front wipers and screenwash not working

Im after some help if possible.
Punto mk2 1.3 8v 2002.
My wipers and washers stopped working and kept blowing the fuse.ive fit a new front motor and linkage and rear as that was goosed.as soon as i try the front wipers the fuse is still blowing.im confused.

you have a short somewhere, try putting 5amp bigger fuse in

Doest it happen with the wiper motor unplugged?
