Does anyone know if other model fiat seats fit the 500 x trekking? I have to replace front seats due to air bags deployed.

You could look at getting new seat covers. Either way you will need new airbags unless you have decided to not have them.
As you’re in the USA there is only the 500L and the Jeep Renagade that use the same platform, even then it’s not really possible to say if seats from those car would fit, if they did physically fit, they very much might not look right or the airbags might not be compatible. The thing about using seats from another car is there may be differences in how the airbags deploy to match the shape of the other car which might not make them safe in your car. You need to use the right airbags and seats for your car and replace like for like
