Front page shuffle

Got rid of the portal page we used to have as an entry page, to replace it with the standard forum listing.

Have integrated some of the original portal info down the right though, so hopefully now more people will see it.

By no means complete (still gotta get the classifieds search back on and some other bits and pieces) but enough done for me to be able to set it live

The old front page was pointless really - it just showed a block of news which was hopelessly out of date

I'll try and jazz up the new blocks a bit, but basically we've condensed two pages into one

Definitely an improvement, far more efficient use of the available space. I Don't know when you get time to sleep.

Its like a having a shortcut to the "forum" part directyl from favourites list.
