When I was a child, I had to wait until I was 2 years of age for the extension to have a full size room - rather than a box room - and we didn't even have a dishwasher until I was 4. I had to wait until I was 3 until I got a bike and it was at least another year or two before I got my first computer. I don't think we even had a microwave until I was half way to 10 years of age. I often think I was hard done by but I keep my head up and try to be a working class hero
