You would have a bit of a engineering challenge to convert normal punto mirrors
Not only removing the friction components that stop the mirrors folding in a strong wind you also need to motorise the components and then still have them able to fold under force in the event you clipped it on something (or someone) without damaging the mechanism the BMW mirrors iirc fold on a diagonal in and up so the mechanics couldn't really be adapted but many other cars now have electric folding mirrors so you might be able to find something suitable
Personally best way I could thing to do it would be a cable operated method then you could put the mechanism for folding them in and out in the bottom of the door, I don't think there is enough space inside the mirror to add much to it
