Technical Fluctuating Idle

Hi All.

My 2005 Stilo 1.4 16v is having a bit of a problem. Seems to be fluctuating at idle. It drops and returns repeatedly in a cycle at what seems like set intervals. But it is very noticeable.

I also notice a rev drop when operating electrical systems, so is it likely alternator or battery or something else?
