Technical Flashes Service park assist

I had an after market stereo put in. Since then as I drive, randomly I see on my control cluster “service park assist” and a small icon in the top left side that has the letter “P” with a triangle beside it. Any idea what that is? There seems to be no rhyme or reason for when it pops up. It doesn’t ever stay lit up. It flashes on and off. Sometimes multiple times within 2 minutes. Then I won’t see it for a few days.

Do you have parking sensors, in the bumper /fender?

It's possible that there is a connection issue with the new set-up
