thanks for the answers! so if I had to rehearse the procedure it would be this : unmount the cam cover, unmount the drive belt cover, remove the belt via the tensioner, unbolt the bad camshaft slowly trying not to damage the ring an /or the lifters, unscrew the bolts from the new camwheel, mount the new cam, place the cam locks in such a way that they will fit the cams, take the engine at TDC,bolt the camwheel bolts back, mount the belt then the tensioner, rotate the engine 2 times and verify everything is in order. remount all of the covers back!
did I miss anything?

You're tightening the cam pulley bolts too soon.

The video shows that the cam pulleys need to be loosened so that they can "move" a bit when the camshafts are locked. This is so you can get the belt teeth precisely aligned with the cam pulley teeth.

Once you have set the initial belt tension (i.e. "Maximum") .. tighten the cam pulleys.

Then rotate the engine through 2 turns and verify everything is in order.

Then set the belt tension to "operating" tension (the pointer aligned with the hole)... and I always rotate the engine through 2 turns again.

so first I should tension the belt at maximum until I tighten the bolts of the pulleys and only after that I should put it in operating tension?
 
Yes. When you tighten the tensioner to maximum, it makes sure there's no slack in the belt and that the belt teeth are perfectly aligned with the teeth on each pulley.

Tighten the pulley bolts at this stage, so you have the pulleys and the belt synchronised.

Then adjust the belt tension to the "operating" tension... and rotate the engine a couple of times again just to make sure nothing moved. It's easier if you have one or more spark plugs out.
