Technical Firmware upgrade error

Hi,

I have a problem with my radio (uconnect 5'') in my 500 with bluettoth fonction , and i want to upgrade the firmware to 13.00.80 to solve this problem.But upgrade failed at the beginning, and the screen want to re insert usb key-> update process (1 or 2 %) -> Failed -> Re-Insert Usb Key -> update process....

Have you an ideo to solve my problem.

Have you tried another flashdrive?
I had a problem updating my blue & me (2011 model) and using another USB stick solved it.

I used two different usb key (one kingston, and one Hp) but the result is the same.

Yes I format usb key in Fat32 in quick mode and in normal mode but same result...

Hi,

I Try with ExFat but the problem is the same. Error Code 127.....
