Technical Filler Pipe Fixing Ring

hey guys, i have rang up my local fiat dealer and apparently they are not available any more

anybody know where i could get one from?

other forum posts are very old and are no longer any help :/

thanks but its not the pipe i am after its the outer fixing ring that fixes it to the rear quarter.

its the bit that stops you scratching the paint off around the filler.. the same bit that holds everything together.

what would you guys do if yours broke? where would you go to get a new one... help me out here

Is it the plastic trim bit on the outside you're looking for? Can't picture the setup as I've (fortunately) never had to dismantle it.

If Fiat can't get it, and Ebay doesn't have it, if you can't glue it or weld it (obviously depending on if it's metal/plastic, I'm not quite that daft ), then I would speak to Franco at Ricambio. He'll be able to track it on microfische, and with any luck source it for you in Italy. Won't be the cheapest way of finding it, but if you exhaust all the likely suspects, that's where to try next. http://www.ricambio.co.uk/

Has anyone got one of these filler pipe rings going spare? I need one for my Sisley as the clips have broken off.

you can get these off another panda. the 2x4 ones fit. you have to be careful in how you take them off. the uno ones fit too.

Yes, I broke the original taking it off, there was no other way, I spent ages trying to get it off intact but couldn't, it perhaps why no one else has replied. No Pandas in my local breakers

There might be one of these on a car in a breakers near me. I know the cap was missing but pretty sure the ring is still there. Won't be able to find out until Monday though. Only problem is if you can't get them off without breaking them I won't hold out much hope of it coming off I'm one piece!?
