General fiat tipo 1992

hi need help with fiat tipo 1992 1.4 the car runs fine in idle but if i floor the gas quickly its almost staling for a sec and than comes right back and in to the redline and there is nothing if you just ease the gas in slowly

I doubt your car is on a carb in which case I would say accelerator pump.

Probably an SPI (single point injection) in which case a manifold pressure sensor fault. This would detect the the sudden pressure/vacuum change and thus demand a big squirt of fuel.
