General fiat stilo exhaust 1.4

hi there, i have a 1.4 16v 04 plate fiat stilo.
unfortanetly i am in need of a new centre part for my exhaust. the only problem with this is there seems to be no replica 1.4 exhaust parts anywhere, i have been to a number of garages and no1 seems to be able to get hold of it, apart from fiat, and well the price they charge is way to much, so ive hit a brick wall:bang:

if any1 knows where i could get the middle exhaust part for a 1.4 fiat stilo then ure help/information would be much appreciated.

Like coyle said, the 1.2 system fits, or get a cat back stainless steel system custom made for around £250- £300

thanks mate, the only problem is, is i went to a garage today and the guy measured the 1.4 exhaust and said sum parts of the 1.4 exhaust are thinner than the 1.2 and it has no box on the 1.2 and it does in the 1.4 version. do u know if this will affect the car at all??

if it was me.. i'd have a custom one made.. stainless steel, and how you like it.
and usually a gaurantee

The Timax book and the Bosal book dont seem to list the 1.4 system. There is a slight difference (as reported here, the 1.4 has a box and one of the brackets is slightly different.)
1.2 mid pipes are about £40 even less if you shop around, but the rear pipe also tends to go on top where it is bent upwards and not always easy to see with the wheel on, so you may need one of those too.

Hi, I don't want to open a new thread, and i have similar question.. I'm want to change standard backbox with an aftermarket backbox for my 1.4 3dr, and I'll probably get ASSO (http://www.assomarmitte.com/) racing series. the site have list of 1.6 and larger engines..not 1.4 my question is: can i fit this backbox without much trouble on my 1.4? (maybe changing center section with a pipe without centerbox)?
Can anybody explain the differences between exhaust parts of 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 models? (i can find much more different aftermarket parts for 1.6 and 1.2 than for 1.4)
